Collection: Cube Soaps

The traditional Marseille cube — the stamped block that started it all, made to the historic recipe with a minimum 72% oil content. Supplied to UK trade by Natural Wholesale.

Green or beige — the difference matters

Verte is the olive oil recipe: 300g palm oil free and 600g. Beige is the vegetable blend: 300g and 600g. Customers ask about this constantly — the green bar is the one associated with olive oil and Castile soap.

Multipurpose, and that is the selling point

The cube is not a beauty bar. It is used for handwashing, laundry, stain removal, washing delicates and general household cleaning, and it is fragrance free, dye free and biodegradable. It sells to a customer who wants one product instead of five bottles, and to anyone reducing plastic. Each block is stamped with the official Savon de Marseille guarantee, which does a lot of the selling on a shelf.

Sizing, packaging and retail

The 300g is the everyday size and the easiest first order. The 600g is a genuine household staple that lasts months — good for refill shops and zero-waste stores. The 300g and 600g cubes are the only ranges we supply wrapped; every other soap range arrives unwrapped, so plan your shelf display and labelling accordingly. There is also a scented exception, Lavender 300g, for customers who want the traditional block with a Provence scent.

If you need a smaller format

The 100g Verte olive oil bar is the same soap in a handy rectangular shape rather than a cube — the right size for guest rooms, hampers and gift sets. See also Tranche (Slice) Soaps, the same soap cut as a slice and corded.
