What these actually are
The same soap as the year-round range, in seasonal scents and seasonal stamps or shapes. The 125g bars are the standard savonnette marseillaise format — identical size, identical shelf space, identical case handling as your core stock — so a Christmas facing does not require a different display. The 50g and 30g pieces are moulded shapes rather than rectangles, which is what makes them work loose in a hamper or a bowl.
What's in the range
The 125g bars carry the seasonal scents: Bonhomme Pain d'Epices (Gingerbread Man), Marron Glacé in gold, Parfum Festif in silver and Traineau de Noël. Gold and silver are the two that photograph best and do the most work in a window.
The shaped miniatures work as stocking fillers and hamper add-ons: Père Noël, Sapin and Ange at 50g, plus the Etoile star at 30g. At these weights the unit cost is low enough to build a boxed set that still holds its margin.
Timing and ordering
Christmas stock is produced to a seasonal allocation and is not restocked once it is gone. In practice that means the useful ordering window is late summer to early autumn, well before the selling season — by the time a gap shows on the shelf in December there is usually nothing left to fill it with. Case sizes vary between the Christmas lines rather than following one rule, so check each product page; they are not all on the same 6/24 structure as the core range.
Presentation
Supplied unwrapped, like almost everything in the Savon de Marseille catalogue — only the 300g and 600g cubes come wrapped. For gift retail that is usually an advantage: the stamp and the colour are the product, and most stockists sell these loose from a basket or made up into their own boxed sets rather than in supplier packaging.
