The same bar, a different reason to buy it

Underneath the design these are standard 125g savonnettes marseillaises: same weight, same case structure, same shelf footprint as the core range. What changes is the buying decision. A core-range bar is bought because someone needs soap; a collector's bar is bought because someone needs a gift by Saturday. That is why it carries a higher margin and a shorter deliberation, and why it belongs at a till point or a gift table rather than in the toiletries aisle.

Occasions covered

Romance and weddings: Saint Valentine (Cupid), Saint Valentine (Amoureux) and Mariage. Family celebrations: Bonne Fête Maman, Joyeux Anniversaire and Merci.

Seasonal and novelty designs round out the range: Joyeuses Pâques, Happy Halloween, Skull (Pavot) and Dream Catcher.

Which of them sell all year

Only some of this range is genuinely seasonal. Joyeux Anniversaire and Merci sell every week of the year — birthdays and thank-yous do not have a season — and Mariage runs from spring through autumn with the wedding calendar. Valentine's is a January-to-February line, Easter moves in the four weeks before, and Halloween is a short October window. Dream Catcher and Skull are design-led rather than occasion-led and sell to a younger, gift-shop customer. If you carry only two, make them Anniversaire and Merci.

Presentation

Supplied unwrapped and sold by the case; case sizes are shown on each product page. Because the stamp is the product, these display best face-up in a shallow basket or tray rather than stacked, and they pair naturally with a hamper, a card or a boxed set you build yourself.
