By placing an order with Natural Wholesale Ltd ("Supplier"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions made with Natural Wholesale Ltd, including those made through our website.

The Supplier’s website is intended for use by businesses only. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession. Consumers are not eligible to purchase goods through the website.

2.2 "Customer" refers to the business or individual purchasing goods from Natural Wholesale Ltd.
2.3 "Goods" refers to the products supplied by Natural Wholesale Ltd.
2.4 "Website" refers to the Natural Wholesale Ltd website where goods are sold.

 

3. Prices and VAT

3.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are net prices. VAT (if applicable) will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, and any adjustments will be reflected at checkout.

3.2 VAT
All prices are quoted excluding VAT. VAT will be added at checkout. VAT exemptions may be applicable for shipments going outside the UK. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Times
Shipping times will vary depending on the size of your order and delivery location. If you have concerns regarding delivery times, please contact us, and we will provide you with an estimated shipping quote.

4.2 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Shipping within the UK is free for orders over £150 before VAT.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders less than £150 before VAT, a flat rate shipping fee of £5.79 + VAT will apply.

  • The Supplier reserves the right to change the shipping charges and minimum order requirements at any time. Reasonable notice of any changes will be provided.

4.3 International Shipping

  • For international orders, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of the order.

  • If you are placing an international order, please contact us before making a payment. We will issue a final invoice that includes the shipping cost. Do not proceed with payment until you have received this invoice.

4.4 Customs and Duties

  • If your order is being shipped outside the UK, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any other charges imposed by your country of residence.

5. Payments

6.1 Payment Methods
The Supplier reserves the right to choose the payment method for each order. The preferred methods of payment are BACS or bank link payments.
Please ensure your payment is completed in a timely manner to avoid delays in processing your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy
Goods may be returned if they are damaged or defective. Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods, and the Supplier may ask for photographic evidence of any issues.
Returns for goods ordered in error will incur a 15% restocking fee. You must contact us before returning any items.
If your order is returned as undelivered, you will be responsible for the carriage charges, in addition to any applicable restocking fees.

7. Ownership of Goods

7.1 The title of goods supplied by Natural Wholesale Ltd remains with the Supplier until payment in full has been received. The Supplier reserves the right to reclaim any goods still in the possession of the Customer in the event of non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Natural Wholesale Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the sale, delivery, or use of goods.
8.2 The Supplier’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Natural Wholesale Ltd takes the privacy of its customers seriously. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Supplier’s Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

11.1 Right to Modify
Natural Wholesale Ltd reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of the policy.

11.2 Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the Customer to review these Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes. By continuing to use our website and place orders after such changes have been posted, the Customer agrees to the updated Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
