All prices are quoted minus the VAT, VAT will be added at checkout. VAT Exemptions can be made for VAT registered company's and shipments going out side the UK etc. Please contact us to arrange this.
Shipping times will vary depending on the size of your order. Please contact us if you have any concerns about delivery times and we can get you a quote.
Shipping to the UK is free for any orders over £150 before VAT. For orders less than that shipping is £6.75 flat rate.
Postage for international orders will need to be calculated based on the weight and size of your order. If this is the case please contact us before paying for your order.
If you are having your order shipped abroad you are solely responsible for any duty, fees or customs requirements.
Order collection from BH170UJ is possible but please liaise with us before hand
Any regional tax, customs and duty excise or other additional carriage or import fee charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
we accept cash, card and bank transfer (BACS)
Payment must be made in full before delivery of goods.
Cash payment only available if you are collecting from us.
If paying by BACS please make sure you add your order number to the payment else it may not be possible for us to identify your payment.
Order Balances/Back orders
We will normally fulfill your order in one go, However there may be occasions where this is not possible. If this is the case we may send missing item(s) when we are able to. In this event missing items will be clearly labeled on your invoice, or we will contact you to discuss the matter.
All delivery's require a signature. This signature is your confirmation that your complete order has arrived present and correct. If there is any damage or missing items (not marked on the invoice) you MUST only sign "Delivered damaged/missing xxxxxx"
In this event please also keep photographic evidence as we may need it when claiming with the carrier.
Any issues with delivery's must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Return for items ordered in error, carry a 20% re-stocking fee, You must contact us before returning anything.
If your order is returned to us as undelivered, you will be charged for the carriage fee on top of the re-stocking fee.
Although generally it won't be necessary, we reserve the right to change prices at any point or refuse to accept orders.
